I take the bus in to Tel Aviv often these weeks while my little grandsons are visiting Israel. Dean and Eyal and I happened to walk into the marina just after a big mobile crane had set a boat down.Today Tel Aviv had clear skies for sailing (or for anything else!) and warm 20 degrees C.
That's a lot warmer than higher-altitude inland Jerusalem.
