Pictures of life in Jerusalem and the Jerusalem Hills. And since August 2013 also a look at the northern Negev, my new home.

Sailboat in the sky
I take the bus in to Tel Aviv often these weeks while my little grandsons are visiting Israel. Dean and Eyal and I happened to walk into the marina just after a big mobile crane had set a boat down. Today Tel Aviv had clear skies for sailing (or for anything else!) and warm 20 degrees C. That's a lot warmer than higher-altitude inland Jerusalem. . It's SkyWatch Friday on hundreds of other blogs today. Sail around to visit a few!
Very beautiful photo of the sailboat! You have really beautiful weather there - 20°C ,sunny and blue sky this sounds good!We had here at this week very various weather rain, snow and one sunny day! Have a nice weekend!
Which did your grandchildren like more - the crane or the boat? Mine would be fascinated by the crane. Glad you're having a good time with them. Your header shot of Jerusalem is wonderful.
20 degrees - that is very warm we are still having cold weatehr - it has been icy most mornings, and that hasn't done any good at all for my health... i am hoping for warmer days sooner!"
What a lovely taste of clear, blue summer sky! And the fine lines of the sailing boat up to the sky! Fun to catch something happening, reminding us of summer!
great capture of the sailboat...glad to hear you are having a good time with your grandsons.
