Which one is the less traveled?
Quite a pair. There are the odd turtles you see here in or out of water.
I am assuming turtles are not native to Israel, so how did they get there? Not via the Mediterranean Sea and then into the desert.
Now that's an encouter I would have loved to make.

Wow, I've never seen a turtle 'out in the wild' like that. Israel has so many different kinds of wildlife.
I want to be the hare, but just know the turtle always gets results. Happiness is the turtle.
