H is for homeward bound.
My little Libby of the flowers and my daughter, Naomi, were here for a few nice weeks.
Right now they are homeward bound, to home in Sydney, Australia.
They should be landing right now, and I'll give a sigh of relief when they are back on earth.
They took off Monday night Israel time and arrive now, Wednesday morning Sydney time.
That's a lot of flying.
Australia is wonderful, but it's so awfully far away . . . .

It is said, that love does negate distance.
ReplyDeleteMy daughter lives 21 hours away so I feel your pain. Blessings, Debbie
ReplyDeleteyou can fly there any time, lots of space and green. I love Australia.
ReplyDeleteyes, and I think California is far from New York...

Lovely picture. I can't just imagine flying all that time...
ReplyDeleteCute hat. What a distance to travel, but good it is hours away rather than weeks in contrast to the days when people had to travel by ship.

awww, you surely missed her already. Hope you could visit My ABC Wednesday entry. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI've never been there but I would love to go. Precious picture.
ReplyDeleteLovely picture, Dina,
ReplyDeletehave a happy weekend.
So very cute! What a lovely shot, Dina.
ReplyDeleteI hope they had landed safely back in Australia.
ReplyDeleteThe flight was that long? Did they go west or east?
Beautiful photo, Dina.
Friends, thanks for your support.
ReplyDeleteEki, from Israel we fly east to Australia, usually stopping in Bangkok.
I think the total flying time in over 21 hours.
How Naomi does it with a toddler less than 2 years old, I don't know.
So cute! It is far away.. I realize that you miss them a lot.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you were able to have them for a wonderful visit and you could get to know Libby even better. Our time with Jon and Sarah is growing shorter and shorter. Sigh...
