Hisssss!

Shachar the black cat is the best I could come up with for Halloween. We don't have Halloween in Israel; we don't even have pumpkins!
But I wish lots of fun to all the kids and grown-ups in many countries who will be celebrating this strange night tonight.

  6. Cats are so fun to watch as they compulsively stalk, well, anything. They say black cats are vulnerable to abuse in the US around Halloween, and pet owners should be careful to keep them safe from hoodlums who might set them on fire. Who are such children, and where do they come from!

  8. I got a black one in my house now that we had to take our one daughter and her black cat in. LOL. It has been fun though in spite of the fact that the cat bit me the first day.

  9. That is an excellent choice for this occasion, Dina!! Here in Italy one says that if a black cat crosss the road just in front of you, you should turn back to where you came from, otherwise the journey will bring you bad luck. (Poor black cat!). Peace to you as well!

it's interesting.. i always thought halloween was very american or anglo-saxon, but they are now starting to celebrate in japan of all places. when we went last year, we were told it was really the first year they were going all out. you could find pumpkins everywhere!
