Shalom Klaus

.
Oi, I can’t believe Klaus is gone from this world.

Any blogger who has ever contributed to SkyWatch Friday or That's MyWorld knows that Klaus Peter was a moving force behind those memes and an encourager of fellow bloggers.

His memory will be a blessing and his legacy of Florida bird and nature photographs (see http://virtua-gallery.com/) will live forever.
.
SkyWatch takes on a new meaning.
Now on Fridays I will look upward and imagine Klaus in a different world filled with heavenly birds.

  2. Death is awful for everyone, but even more awful for a young person. I do hope you and yours are safe from the terrorism in Eilat.

My own family are in Tel Aviv, Petach Tikvah and Jerusalem, all some distance from Eilat. But death for one family is like death for us all :(

  7. I'm so sorry, Dina.

Bloggers really become part of our cyber family and losing someone really feels awful since you get to know people so well.

I've not done Sky Watch in quite a long while. Perhaps one of these days...

  8. Hels, thank you. What you say is true. Israel is like one big family when terrorism takes its victims. It is a sad day.

  9. Such a lovely tribute, Dina. These memes take so much work and, if they are managed correctly, we all get to feel like family. Klaus did just that. Your post is...... absolutely perfect.
