S is for seashore.
Sure, but in Beer Sheva, in the Negev desert??
Pretend you see blue sea and sky and sand.
Imagine these are soft lounges to lie on and sunbathe.
Surf this pipeline (in your dreams).
So funny, Beer Sheva is trying to brand itself as the Water City (Ir HaMayim).

I really like this pseudo seashore. I'll take being by the sea any way I can get it!
ReplyDeleteFascinating.
ReplyDeleteAt least there is an alternative to desert.
It looks very modern and beautiful! Can you swim in the pond with the fountains.?

May the water never run out, even if there is no seashore or rushing river!
ReplyDeleteWell, imagination is a great thing to have - makes life much richer!!
ReplyDeleteWow! Spectacular!

faux shore is better than no shore!

The landscaping and park design here's stunning. Seaside though it might not be, it's still a beautiful spot.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it! If you don't have the real thing right there, an artistic interpretation is wonderful.
ReplyDeleteWil, there is no real poool, it is just flat cement. But on hot summer days kids run in and out of the shooting jets of water.
ReplyDeleteI'll have to go there when school is out and get pictures.
As long as we don't have to wear bikinis!
ReplyDeleteLovely. And what an imagination you have. I was right there with ya!
It doesn't look bad, but I have to see this crowded with people. I have already taken a couple of benches...
ReplyDeleteNice to have a place to cool off and be refreshed in the desert. It's very attractive looking.

SIGNS
Welll.... if you use your imagination ....
ReplyDeleteI have heard that they did something similar on Grand Bahama Island. They brought in sand and all the other things from the shore and planted them in the middle of a huge area in town centre. I think it is a really neat idea and yours looks especially attractive.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fine place to hang out on a warm day.
ReplyDeleteI like it - I'd be running under the jets of water too!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a perfect way to spend a summer day! The pics are amazing !
ReplyDeleteLooks like a nice place, seashore or not.
