For ABC Wednesday E is for my son, Edo, exercising at Elma, exactly one year ago.

Daughter Naomi gave it a try, too.
I was too busy taking pictures.

You may remember my 8 nice posts about Elma Arts Complex Luxury Hotel in Zichron Ya'akov.
Thanks to the right connections, our whole family got to be together and stay two days at the new hotel, before it was officially opened.

Don't you just love the table?

Dear Dina,
It has been a long time that I don't have any news about you. Many things changed...I teach at university & got married recently :)
Just wanted to say I never forget about my dear blogger friend at all even if I didn't get any news about them.

Take care friend

William, EVERYTHING in Elma is top of the line! What a place!

Melody, yeah, this was just to visit the room and take some photos. My own main exercise is just walking.

Roger, that's funny about your monkey. :)

SARAH, shalom!!! So glad to see you again!
You are now married and teaching at university? Wow, congratulations, that's wonderful!
I was thinking about you and M.S. recently, during the big day for your country.
Do you have a new blog or somewhere where I can follow you?
Wishing you all the best. :)

My exercise is swimming, really good on the joints for us over 65. Love the table, so unique.
Any thing we can do to keep moving!!

Cool post! Love the word "ersatz" - my exercise has to be limited to walking so I do it every day with my dog.

An inspiring post but then it takes efforts that I lack!
