Squeaky-clean pane

.
While entering the Jerusalem Central Bus Station to catch my Egged bus to Tiberias (an easy drive of 2 1/2 hours), I was delighted to see double. Perfect for "Weekend Reflections," the meme started by James in Pennsylvania.

The two young men seemed to be having a good time in their harnesses, doubtless earning some good shekels for their work.

The huge Central Bus Station certainly has enough glass to keep fearless window washers busy.

  1. Nice shots. I wouldn't want that job. I used to work on the 21st floor of a tall building and wondered how those guys could swing around that high in the air washing windows. Shudder.

  7. ...wonderful reflections. The city council where I live has opened the bus station 24 hours a day to give everyone relief from an unusual heatwave in November.Much to our shame, there are many who sleep rough on the streets. January and February are our normal hottest months in Australia.Dina, I enjoy your blog so much.Catching up today, I have followed your links with the Scots Hotel, enjoyed the beautiful photos of the boats on the Sea of Galilee, and looked in more depth at the Magdala Centre.Thank you for such an interesting site!

We come to Israel 18 November.
