The winter/spring flowers are blooming everywhere, even among the cacti.
Soon they will wilt.
Tomorrow it will be 34 degrees C.
Maybe I will wilt too.
Under a big sky, my little town, Meitar.
As seen from the cactus hill.

They are pretty, even though they'll be fleeting with that coming heat of summer.
ReplyDeleteGood.
ReplyDeleteI so love it when the desert is in bloom and your shot os both it and your little town are delightful. I was totally wilted this summer past with weeks at a time of temps hovering around 40 degrees. Could not motivate myself to anything, even blogging.
ReplyDeleteHope your summer is not an extreme one.
Such a beautiful scenic town.

ReplyDeleteAmazing how some plant can be so hardy, it can withstand heat, drought and poor soil. And even flower each year.
ReplyDeleteStunning skies over your township. And love all those flowering yellows.
ReplyDeleteTthis reminds me of the time I spent with you in 2012.
ReplyDeleteHappy Passover!
Wil.
