Soon-to-be French fries, known in Hebrew as chips, on the hot sidewalk at 9:46 a.m. waiting for the restaurant to open. On Agrippas Street, near Machaneh Yehuda shuk, Jerusalem. .
Non, non, non, Dina, we, french people, never, never, never dig up french fries directly on the ground, like that. At a pinch, potatoes ! Smile for your funny picture.
I try to stay away from those so snapping photos of them instead of eating is probably a good approach.
ReplyDeleteYum! Yes please~
ReplyDeleteShalom & Aloha, Friend!

Great shot, Dina. I love those chips, yes I do.
ReplyDeleteNow that's something you don't see every day...
ReplyDeleteGreat title too. Hope the dig's going well.
They're just left there?? Gosh, if that were here, they'd have been stolen in a minute!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like there are no animals around to disturb the peace of the waiting chips :))
ReplyDeleteSigh....
ReplyDeleteCan't have those anymore now that I'm glucose intolerant.
Sigh....
French fries - yummy treat but don't eat every day!

Shabbat Shalom!
ReplyDeleteI guess this is the way it works. I never thought they would just set it down and walk away.
ReplyDeleteThey're not worried about someone doing something to them? Little to trusting for me
ReplyDeletecome visit (I've got something up I think you'll enjoy)
Oh, I could just eat some chips now! That is what we call them in the UK too, and I love them with lots of salt and vinegar on!
ReplyDeleteWow! It's like a daily milk or bread delivery. I bet those chips are extra good because of their freshness.
ReplyDeleteHope the dig is going well. I'm looking forward to reading about it.
