Come on moon, you can do it!
.
The moon was just rising at 8:00 tonight from behind the two mountains where our closest neighbor moshavim (villages) are.
It gave enough light for me to see the empty road for my walk in the cool of the evening.

Happy SkyWatch Friday.

Just beautiful! What a shot! You should enlarge and frame it, Dina.
ReplyDeleteI live in South Africa and also watched the beautiful big moon rising tonight. Unfortunately mine was over my neighbour's house and I didn't have a beautiful landscape like yours to look at.
ReplyDeleteYou captured the moon beautifully. Happy sky watching.

Magnifique. It was so beautiful yesterday at the fireworks but try as I might, my point and shoot wouldn't catch it...
ReplyDeleteThis is an excellent shot! The moon looks great between the hills!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I've tried taking photos of the moon but they never turn out. Maybe one needs a tripod?

ReplyDeleteSuch a peaceful capture. Life in the slow lane at the end of a day.
ReplyDeleteDina, beautiful moon scene and photo. Happy skywatching!
ReplyDeleteLovely. Happy SWF!
ReplyDeleteWonderful view!
ReplyDeleteI'm always amazed that the same side of the moon always faces the Earth: as you know, the reason is because the moon spins once on its axis in precisely the same amount of time it takes to revolve around the Earth. It's a very bizarre coincidence, isn't it?
Oh Jerusalem.. what a place!
ReplyDeleteHere's visiting late for SWF! Hope to see you around!
Inspirational, beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIt's a beautiful composition!
