My little village on the hill, beneath a big sky.
As seen from the valley below, where I often go walking toward evening, meeting only jackals on the way.

Pictures of life in Jerusalem and the Jerusalem Hills. And since August 2013 also a look at the northern Negev, my new home.
Different country, similar colours.
ReplyDeleteJackals sounds scary.
Joco, shalom. Your land and sky in your photos are so expansive! No wonder it expands the soul.
ReplyDeleteWe have many many jackals and they do no harm to humans. I love to see them.
Click on my label "jackals" to see and hear them.
Really? There are jackals where you live? I'm impressed!
ReplyDeleteSKY SONG
Glowing moon and shining stars,
Venus, Jupiter and Mars,
Planets swirling round the sun;
Darkness falls when day is done.
In the vast and endless sky
Eagle, wren and falcon fly;
Over hill and dale they roam,
Calling cloud and thunder home.
