For ABC Wednesday, F is for family fun! My daughter and my youngest (age 1.10) granddaughter just arrived for a visit from Australia, and today we had a fabulous time at the Biblical Zoo.
A lemur with chutspah almost climbed into Libby's pram!
In the petting zoo, the goats were snoozing in the semi-warm sun.
Shalom Tisch Family Zoological Gardens Jerusalem, see you again next time Naomi and Libby come home to visit..

I love zoos -- anything to do with animals actually. The lemur is nosy...something like the quati in Brazilian jungle, they they almost climb up you for food, and they get in cars too.

ReplyDeleteRobin, actually my off and on blogging were due to my still feeling a bit sick. Just saw Naomi on Tuesday for the first time this visit.
I love zoos like this where animals are accessible. Great to teach the young ones respect and love for creation. I would have loved to meet that wee lemur too.
