The Negev Zoo pelican was swishing its beak around, hoping to scoop up some food.
But suddenly it decided to slide into the pond.
The big bird swam over to the little bridge.
Must have noticed that my little Libby was distributing zoo-provided kibbles to the ducks.

This looks like so much fun for the kids. Dean looks like he will be a serious photographer.
ReplyDeleteAren't they fascinating!
ReplyDeleteI don't think I've ever seen a pelican in real life. They're so interesting looking close up. I hope Dean enjoys his camera. I didn't ever get one until about 10 years ago - so much fun :)
ReplyDeleteNice time with the family:-)
ReplyDeleteThey look so awkward, but that's part of the appeal.
