We passed under the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
The Opera House is especially beautiful seen from the water.
The boat made a short stop at the Luna Park.
Here we saw the tallship James Craig and the old lighthouse boat that is part of the Maritime Museum, as well as a huge cruise ship and two paddlewheel tourist boats.
Australia is having record high temperatures this January.

The hot sun sounds wonderful. It is cold and icy here today. Beautiful pictures.

looks like a great adventure for you guys, weather and all
ReplyDeleteThis is such a wonderful, fun excursion. Dean must be treasuring every moment he has with his grandma. You had such a sparkling day together. It never rained the whole week we were in Australia a couple of years ago. I'm so glad Naomi found such a perfect place to raise her family. (I heard about the no tipping, everybody required to vote, strong gun laws, longevity stuff about Down Under. Sounds like Utopia.)
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. I want to go to Australia even more now. I am so glad that you get to enjoy such a wonderful long trip with your family!!
ReplyDelete♥hugs♥
You're so early Dina, for Sky Watch ! Here, we're simply wednesday evening.
ReplyDeleteWhat a pleasant trip in the Sydney Bay you offer us. This James Craig ship and the light house boat are my favorite picture.

Hi Dina,
ReplyDeletethat tall ship? James Craig, is it named for the character in Man from Snowy River?
Hello, Dina. I'm glad you're enjoying your visit to Down Under. While I might not like the hot, hot weather you're having now, I would really like to personally see Sydney Harbor and all those wonderful sights. Thanks for sharing your photos.
