    The statistics are for Beer Sheva.

    I think Meitar gets something like 200 mm of rain per year. But in last week's storm Meitar got 108 mm just in a few days!
    Israel has no rain between May and October.
    I have not seen any rain collection tanks down here. It is hardly worth it for the 40 days of rain per year, since there is not that much vegetation to water.
    Along the highways of the Negev the KKL has made hundreds of limans. See
