Something new in the eucalyptus grove down in the wadi!
Looks like the Meitar Scout troop has been up a tree, working on their lashing skills.

Pictures of life in Jerusalem and the Jerusalem Hills. And since August 2013 also a look at the northern Negev, my new home.
That'll keep them busy. I like the textures of the bark.
ReplyDeletecarry on scouts!
ReplyDeleteA tree house? This is so neat!
ReplyDeleteLucky them: I used to do things like these when I was a kid... a long time ago!
ReplyDeleteRemindes me of the tree house that we had long ago here.
ReplyDeleteHow fun for them. Looks like just the place for them to keep a lookout of the goings on in the wadi. I enjoyed studying those lashings and with a little more practice I think they will have it mastered! I, however, would prefer lashings of whipped cream with my . . . what . . . berries, or decaf . . .
ReplyDeleteSpeaking as a U.S. Boy Scout leader it could be a little neater but it looks like they had fun. My older scout son impressed a girl once by lashing a raft together at a lake so that was the important thing!
ReplyDeleteExcellent for bird's eye view. It reminds me of the canopy tour I made in the Argentinian jungle. :-)
