Shadows in a sunny elevator shaft

.
For Shadow Shot Sunday here are strong shadows inside a transparent elevator shaft.

For the first few floors the elevator is inside, but then suddenly it starts facing the outside.

The 17-story building is part of the Technology Park in the Malcha neighborhood of Jerusalem.
(Another post about it here.)

Down below are Teddy Stadium

and more of the Technology Park.
.
Across the street you see the train terminal. It and the little train stop at the Biblical Zoo are the only train stations in Jerusalem.

  1. You have got a lot of modern buildings and some of them are very beautiful. You must have very creative archtects.I also like that special colour blue.

  2. The archetypal middle eastern modern building. Seen twins of this one in Beirut, Amman, Doha, Dubai, Manama...

  4. I know some people (I'm not one of them, mind you) who would never get into a contraption like that!

    I ALMOST LOST MY SHADOW

    I almost lost my shadow,
    I left it in the park;
    I heard my mommy calling,
    For it was getting dark;

    She has no use for shadows,
    She thinks they are quite grim,
    And when she saw my shadow,
    She thought it was a “him.”

    I had to educate her
    And tell her it was “she”—
    And now my faithful shadow
    Is welcome as can be!

  5. Makes the suns light feel friendly.

    Please have a good Sunday.
    And yes, over here many birds wait until the parks are showered, to arrive and enjoying a refreshment.
