  2. I love the look of the delicate tree with its orange flowers, the ripe pomegranates and I love to eat them.

  4. Oh Beautiful! BTW long time no see. I have not been keeping up with anything, except posting mobile.. Since I visited you last so much has happened, and this post reminds me of one, I have been introduced to suzanis, which have many times, Pomegranates on them!
So thats what I was reminded of, and how dear they must be in those cultures where they produce.
It is good to see you again.. Sherry

  7. Mukilteo Daily Photo, shalom to you up there in the Great Pacific NW! Good to see you again, Sherry.

Kay, there are three pomegranate trees in "my" yard that I prune, water, and love. So yeah, I can eat the fruit, soon.

Suzanne, I kinda got tired of photographing the progression. You can see it in past years, from flower to ripe fruit, by clicking on my label "pomegranates."

  9. Hmmm, neat photo, Dina!
The first time I saw pomegranates was on the Garda Lake, years ago.
Last year, I ate one for the first time, thanks to a post on your blog...
