  4. I won't be the first to tell you the "video" link isn't working. I'll be back to see it. I've watched several renditions of this wonderful, infections song in the last few days. So far, I still like the "official" video best but I want to see yours!

  6. Petrea, yes, do come back. Sorry about that missing link. That's the problem when you post something and go to bed. But now it is morning and all is fixed and updated.

Nadege, thanks, I updated the post to include the original song clip. You're right, 126 million views, wow!

VP, Barkat is a young mayor and is a good sport about these things. He even runs in the Jerusalem Marathons.

Cloudia, amen to that! "Shaloha" to you.

Leslie, I hope you can come visit someday soon.

William, this is a photo of Mamilla mall during the Light Festival when they had those little lights strung up.

  8. I was wondering why someone made a "Happy" video in Yolanda-devastated Tacloban—now I know why.

I like this International Day of Happiness.

  13. Hi Anna Khan, welcome.
The mayor of Jerusalem is the man in a suit sitting at his desk.
The man up in the cherry-picker probably was just doing his job, maybe cutting back some tree branches for the electric company. I guess he heard the music and started dancing too. :)
