    I should like to see that museum!
    Last year in Greece we saw a lot of archaeological sites and I found it very impressive. I made a slide of it.

    Ifoundme--your mother will love it here. May her dream come true. I've been a citizen for 40 years and I still go around Jerusalem feeling like it is a dream.

    Annulla--LOL that is funny.

    Reader Wil--It is an old and old-fashioned museum that used to be Jordanian, and that is part of its charm. I even had tears when I saw certain ancient things there which I had only known from books.
    Is your Greece slideshow on your blog? Alas, I was in Greece only 4 hours.

    Yet another in a series of remarkable pictures! It is mind blowing for me as a Tasmanian (where we get carried away over a stone bridge that dates all the way back to 1823) to think about such visible reminders of the sort of human history that is all around in Jerusalem.

    Now I like Richmond Bridge and all, and everything is relative, but the much older stuff just amazes me, particularly when you stop and think about everything that has happened in the interim.
