Back in 2005, when grandson Dean was still small enough to fit inside, the Australian Museum in Sydney had a wonderful little corner called the Music Cave.
He loved tapping the brightly-colored gong-like aquatic animals with the stick.
Each one gave a different tone.

It really is a cute photo of the grandson.
ReplyDeleteThat must have been fun!
ReplyDeleteA sweet post for the theme, Dina.
And just a thought: How come kids get the best stuff? Dr Seuss Converse sneakers, for example…
:D
Oh marvellous Dina. An adorable shot of your grandson and one that perfectly illustrates bright colours. Children love colour, don't they? Love the shapes in this and the way you've photographed the shot.
ReplyDeleteThat's fun, Dina! Not only are they bright and attractively shaped, but also produce different sounds.
ReplyDeleteIs Dean Eyal's brother?
A great place!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful image and a lovely portrait!
ReplyDeleteWonderfully bright colours.
ReplyDeleteYou know, it is absolutely ages since I have been to the Australian Museum on College Street. Must rectify that. My daughter, her new baby and I will go for our first expedition into the city in the week after next to the AG-NSW. I feel sure that I will post on it. *grin*
ReplyDeleteYes, cute for sure and colorful design.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photo. And a beautiful little guy!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet picture.. I bet he is a rather grown up man right now..
ReplyDeleteSweet and that really is a good idea.
