Trees in a row, happy for dusk

.
Enlarge and see the silhouettes all in a row.

The sun had just gone down behind the farthest ridge, across the valley from my hill, giving each individual tree a nice silhouette.
.
Sunset is a blessed moment, a waited-for and welcome turning point after long hot days of relentless summer sunshine. For people and animals for sure; maybe even for trees?
.
More skies of the world over at Sky Watch Friday.

Beautiful soft colours. I'm not commenting often, due to problems with access from work but I do keep an eye on your blog.

Yes, I'm sure the trees find relief at the hot day's end too. Lovely silhouettes, Dina.

Your trees are standing along the sky line like our cows so often do. Nice shot.
Hope the heat has abated.

Very lovely, Dina. Art has not been able to jog for several mornings because it's been so rainy in the mornings. It clears up throughout the day. Today is the first clear morning this week, but we're going to take some visitors around the island. I hope it cools down for you.
