Pictures of life in Jerusalem and the Jerusalem Hills. And since August 2013 also a look at the northern Negev, my new home.
Very interesting shadows on the walls. A nice selection!
ReplyDeleteThe look of nature vs. man-made is seen in these posts. The steps and antenna look orderly, with perfect dimensions. The vines, on the other hand, have a natural look of disarray in its shadow, so many branches moving around in almost almost dizzying array. Both night shots are so artistic!
ReplyDeleteLove those shadowy steps. The grapevine has a very complicated shadow doesn't it?! Happy SSS!
ReplyDeleteVery unique shadow shots, the second one is my favourite.

Nice ones! It would be interesting to revisit the grapevine again when winter is over. I imagine it would make a lovely shadow shot then too :)
ReplyDeleteShalom friends, thanks for your encouraging comments as I learn about shadows.
ReplyDeleteYes, the vine is ready for pruning.
But what some saw as steps is really a corrugated roof making the wavy long shadow.
I admit that I don't like much neat shadow in pictures, but sometimes they could be nice.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shadow post, Dina.
ReplyDeleteI like the steps and the antenna.
Your comment on my blog has been fun:) An interesting effect of the crystal reflection.
ReplyDeleteGreetings
The steps shadow is great!
