The gold cross atop the Church of the Holy Sepulchre really stood out against the blue sky.
A minute after the first photo, the light was fading fast as the sun set behind the wall of the Old City.

ReplyDeleteA luz do sol realça divinamente a beleza deste símbolo cristão, deixando este breve momento com um toque de magia. A imagem da cúpula sob o céu é muito linda!

I love photos taken at this time of day - it's my favorite time to take pics. Such an interesting looking building and I love the silhouette of the cross against the sky - Great job.
ReplyDeleteDina, these are two fabulous photos. I enlarged it to see the sun sparkling gold on that gorgeous cross. The clear blue sky puts the focus right on the cross in the first photo. The second gives me a great long view perspective. Wonderful.
