These guys don't give up

.
These guys were trying so hard but they just couldn't get it up.

"Degania Sprayers, SO EFFICIANT, SO FRIENDLY" the inflated thing wants to stand up and announce.

Uh oh, another spelling mistake on a sign.
Can't Israelis ever get an English proofreader BEFORE they print the sign?
It would be more efficient.

They pushed, they pulled, while others shouted advice.

Pushing and advice-giving are what Israelis do.

In the end, strong winds had the upper hand in Tel Aviv today.

I took the train there to visit the huge AgriTech exhibition at the fair grounds.
Over the coming days you will be seeing pictures of my favorite things.
.
.
(Actually, there is a Signs, signs meme and maybe I'll drop this inflated sign there.)

Funny! Ah, English spelling mistakes on signs are even more embarrassing in English-speaking Canada.

Loved the pushing and advice giving part. That was so funny. I grinned thinking about how these guys persevered and kept trying and trying to get the thing inflated and up.What a great contribution this week. genie

not just in jerusalem, everywhere businesses pay money to have something put in print but no one seems to proof it.

Ugh, as an editor the stupid mistakes they make make me utterly crazy...

Changing topics, that wind was insane today! I nearly got blown to Oz trying to hang out my laundry!!

Yes, life can be difficult from time to time. Thank you for this inspiration. Please have a good Thursday.

This is too funny. So much for efficiency however you spell it!
I do love your signs.

spelling errore? SIGN of the times. They are everywhere today.

hee hee...
The spelling error reminds «Louis» of the errors in English often found on the menus of Chinese restaurants here...

Livorno would have stopped to watch something like this, with abundance of advice and salacious comments!

Friendly, perhaps, but not so very efficient after all! This post made me smile.

Well, efficiant" or efficient or whatever ;>), I'm glad you dropped this at Signs Signs! It's not just your place where signs are spelled wrong though! I've taken a few bloopers here in Florida.

Oh my goodness! This must have been so much fun to watch, if nothing else... just to listen to the advice giving.

English spelling mistakes, grammar mistakes, etc. are so common too here, I'd wish we stop using English unless it is very essential. Or hire a proofreader if you really need to use English.

I like how your photos show the men's efforts .... It's good that they did not give up. :)
