.
Just after sunset last night this giant rose up on top of the mountain.
I saw a long-haired celestial being seemingly striding toward the right, trying to catch his or her bright halo!
Do you see that? Or something different?

We all have fun with the sky at Sky Watch Friday.

It looks to me like that Egyptian wolf-god (what was his name, I can't remember). Either that or the Staypuff Marshmallow Man LOL.
ReplyDeleteI love clouds, such fun for the imagination.
We had the last few days without a cloud. One like this would be nice for some shade and a picture like yours.
ReplyDeleteRobin, Wepwawet? Good one. Yes!
ReplyDelete(But I was at my nun friends' house looking at the cloud, so for them I suggested something less pagan.)
VP, but it seems the best clouds only come out at sunset when you don't need shade anymore.
Oh in thumbnail I thought it was some kind of tornado erupting. :-)
ReplyDeleteLarge creature crossing picture for sure. Great cloud shot, I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
ReplyDeleteThere's a giant there with a rather menacing attitude. I hope he was happier when he neared his objective ;-)
ReplyDeleteThat's the fun with clouds- I see an animal with antlers galloping and turning its head toward the right
ReplyDeletebeautiful Dina...I hope the baby is well! Perhaps this angel has come to bless.
ReplyDeleteReminds me of the "keep on truckin" logos from when I was in high school.
ReplyDeleteAn Arkies Musings

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm-----could it be Smokey the Bear with his halo and that's smoke trailing out behind him.
ReplyDeleteYES! The pillar of fire, leading the Israelis out of Egypt!
ReplyDeleteamazing sky, great shapes, vivid colors
ReplyDeleteI must admit that I see ash approaching, but then we are rather taken with the subject at the moment...
ReplyDeletePS Thank you for the comment - I'll return to the subject sometime next month :-)
It had gone down completely but it continued to throw some light! That's how the sun is... :-) Beautiful shot!
ReplyDeletePixellicious Photos
Great clouds and shot Dina.
ReplyDeleteWish you a blessed weekend:-)
Really interesting cloud formation!
ReplyDeleteI do! I do! I see it! What fun, Dina!
ReplyDeleteThere is a strider, or one of its legs is becoming a small animal with pointed nose and ears (a fox or panda?)
ReplyDeleteThe cloud is by its shape alone impressive. And, when I first looked at it, I saw nothing in it, but rather had a feeling. My feeling was that this was the kind of cloud that Moses stood in front of when he came down from Mt. Sinai with the laws.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like one of the giants on the Hardangervidda in Norway!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your wishes for Queen's Day! Nice to meet two Dutch women! Please wish them God's blessing!
Shabbat Shalom!
I see a proud wolf.
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful capture, so filled with magical elements...so many forms take place.
ReplyDeleteShabbat Shalom!
Fascinating image, Dina!
