The best skywatching over the Jerusalem Hills (Judean Mountains) is during winter.
And the best time is right after sunset.
This sky came at 5:47 p.m. a few days ago. The days are getting longer. There is hope.
.
Happy SkyWatch Friday to you all.

In the few days I was in Jerusalem in December of 1965 I took dozens of sunset photos. With the very limited camera I had at that time, it was a waste of film, but the sunsets of Jeruslaem are forever imprinted in my memory.
