I'm having a cheese swoon...the smell, the texture...the taste! Except I rarely dare...because of cholesterol issues! But I do love CHEESE!
Ditto what Theanne wrote! I love melted cheese, even all by itself on a plate! But my doc said to cut down on fatty foods, especially animal fats. This is a very unique reflection! Have a wonderful weekend.
Some real Parmigiano Reggiano! To cut these wheels is a respected art here, but you need a few more knives than that to do it the right way. Glad to see you can enjoy this!

You're making me hungry.
Didn't even have to ask this subject to say "Cheese!"
Wow - what a knife! Hope you're feeling better, Dina.
Dear friends, thanks for all your good wishes last week. I still have the cough and nose congestion and feel bad, but life must go on.
I hope you are much better. Cheese is so good.

Wonderful shot!
Take care of yourself!
How very interesting! I've NEVER seen a knife like that before.

Delicious! Reminds me of my recent trip to Italy. :) I hope you get well soon.
I'm mad about cheese. Now you can easily imagine my 'state of mind'! :-)))
