Cutting through a big wheel

  1. I'm having a cheese swoon...the smell, the texture...the taste! Except I rarely dare...because of cholesterol issues! But I do love CHEESE!

  4. Dear friends, thanks for all your good wishes last week. I still have the cough and nose congestion and feel bad, but life must go on.

  6. Ditto what Theanne wrote! I love melted cheese, even all by itself on a plate! But my doc said to cut down on fatty foods, especially animal fats. This is a very unique reflection! Have a wonderful weekend.

  17. Some real Parmigiano Reggiano! To cut these wheels is a respected art here, but you need a few more knives than that to do it the right way. Glad to see you can enjoy this!
