Jerusalem Municipality

.

The sky was a deep blue this morning over City Hall in Safra Square.
Not a cloud in the sky all day today.
But all that is about to change starting Saturday, as a new weather system heads our way.
Meteorologists predict  extremely strong winds, cold days of  maybe only 3 degrees C, and lots of rain and even hail for the next week.
Winter is finally coming!

  5. Mr Calder, that Philly fellow!

Your blue sky mesmerizes as ours has been layered pewter and pitter patter - poor mr Obama, though he has golfed, and taken Michelle to dinner (blocks from here again -but it's that sort of postage stamp town."

The Marines, most far from family, say they enjoy seeing Barack (ours - not yours) every Christmas/ Hanukkah / Kwanza / New Year.

  6. It is 41c here today (Melbourne) and worse in Perth and Adelaide.

Beach weather is a delight, but it is just a wee bit TOO hot to be spending time outside.

Why were you in the town hall? Parking tickets?

  10. Well, you should see our skies. It's been overcast for two days. Our rain barrel is all full. The tourists are complaining.

  12. Lovely windows, I haven't been there for quite some time! It seems like quite a while since I've seen a sky that clear, though :)
Enjoy the weather - and try to keep dry!

  13. I just read on "Real Jerusalem Streets" blog that it's been raining there like crazy and some are hoping for snow.

This is a beautiful bank of windows.
