People give each other a Glücksschweinchen on New Year's Eve.
ReplyDeleteUsually they are smaller versions, tiny plastic piglets, chocolate or marzipan ones. They also give tiny chimney sweeps, four-leaf clover, toadstools, and horseshoes in edible and non-edible versions.
Come to think of it, I have no idea how the toadstools ended up amongst the good luck stuff. ;-)
They're cute!
ReplyDeleteI wish you luck Dina!
